What I found interesting about it was, well, almost nothing at all, since the crowd over in these parts knows the narrative and the audience the piece was aimed at was definitely not “airline reporters and aviation insiders” that hang around Airline Biz but rather the crowd that doesn’t think too much about things west of New Jersey and that might just be getting to know Southwest at LaGuardia.

The interesting thing to me was that none of the words were “Herb Kelleher” or “Colleen Barrett.”

It really is your airline now, Gary.
