We have no plan of reorganization. The judge has yet to hear the request to approve the merger. But one has the sense that the American Airlines/AMR bankruptcy case is winding down.

American has largely settled the issues of aircraft and facilities. It has new contracts with all its unions, as has American Eagle. It has made the merger with US Airways the centerpiece of its reorganization.

The rest is, as they say, details. It’ll take months to wrap them up, but it’s details.
